Take a Walk AroundWalking Trails
Bannerman has its own walking club, where residents can meet with friends and neighbours for a one-hour walk in Edmonton’s beautiful river valley. Little Libraries Plan a route to find all of our Little Libraries, hand crafted and painted with love by Bannerman residents. Leave a book, take a book! Parks Hermitage Park Located just off Victoria Trail, Hermitage Park features naturalized hiking trails and picnic sites, making it a great choice for fishing or a picnic with family. Rundle Park Located just off the Yellowhead and 118 Ave, Rundle Park hosts several picnic sites, paddle boats, and a miniature golf course Off-Leash Dog Areas There is a large off-leash dog area just north of Hermitage Park. It features water access and mixed paths but no fencing. If you're planning to take your dog to an off-leash area, be sure to understand City of Edmonton bylaws surrounding off-leash site. |
