Education Programs
We work with the following groups in order to ensure our residents can get appropriate education and programs for their family:
E 4C Head StartBannerman Parent Group: 9:30 am – 11:30 am (Morning) 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm (Afternoon) for children 0-5 years old
Bannerman Hall (14023 23 Street) The Early Head Start program is designed as a one day a week program that provides comprehensive support to families. This program is offered for families and their pre-school aged children with a focus on forming connections, strengthening community, building courage, and increasing capacity of the people that E4C serves. The Play group offers a chance for children to socialize with peers, experience new activities, work through separation anxiety and get accustomed to a routine that helps prepare children for school. There is a focus on Early Literacy as well as providing opportunities for children to participate in activities that they might not have been exposed to before Topics include (but are not limited to): • Child Development • Parent Skills • Community Resources |
