Want to Rent Our Hall?

Our community hall is located at 14034-23 Street

Rental Rates
*Member rates are defined as those with a valid Bannerman Community League Membership card

Hourly Rates (up to 4 hours any day)

• $75/hour per non-member
• $50/hour per member

Daily Rate (full day from 9am-9pm)

• ​$450/day per non-member
• $350/day per member

Weekend Rate (Fri. 7pm-Sun. 12pm)
$650 for non-member
550 weekend rate for member

Your Damage Deposit is equal to the rental rate and must be paid to secure your date.

We currently accept cash only for rentals.

Extra Fees

• $100 Key Deposit if applicable
• $20 charge to access WiFi if applicable

AGM Rates
Mon.-Thurs. Rental after 6pm, ending before 9pm

$100 for full rental period

Charity or Not-For-Profit Rates
Charities and Not-for-Profits will be granted the membership rate for rentals. Organizations may be asked to provide proof of business status.​

What's Included?

• Full access to main hall area and small kitchen
• Kitchen is not commercially licensed - used for preparation of cold foods and re-heating premade meals; not conducive to catering unless food is pre-made
• Wheelchair accessible
• 18 8x3 foot long tables
• Folding chairs provided
• Seating capacity for 140 people theater style; 125 seated with tables
• Helium balloons and tape on the walls are prohibited
